2.2. Autonomy: Any financial decision made by the User is performed entirely at their sole discretion and exclusive risk.
Article 3: Legal Risk Disclosure The User explicitly acknowledges:
Extreme Volatility: Financial markets and digital assets are subject to unpredictable price fluctuations.

Article 5: Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by English law, Nordiqo shall not be held liable for technical interruptions, API latency, or inaccuracies in third-party data feeds, nor for events of Force Majeure, including massive cyberattacks.
Article 6: Governing Law and Jurisdiction This contract is exclusively governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute not settled out of court shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
